Chris Oyakhilome Biography of the President of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, TV host and writer. He is also the President of Believers’ LoveWorld Inc. and is also known under Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 of the 7 of December 1973, to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. He received his elementary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University. After that he graduated with an BSc Architecture.


AAU also granted him an honorary Doctor of Science prize. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe once, and they have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministries
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his ministry journey while still at AAU. The Believers' LoveWorld fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC was able to grow to become the biggest campus fellowship.  https://www.christembassynewyork.org/ In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church's headquarters is in Lagos. Believer's LoveWorld is now home to millions of associates and followers across the world.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Through the 2002 atmosphere of miracles program, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry. The program was cancelled in May 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that the churches would no longer broadcast miraculous events on television.

Pastor Chris's Ministry includes four branches: publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry; and teaching ministry. He has also developed the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, an environment for miracles, as well as an healing school.

Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative designed to enhance and develop the potential of leadership in Africans. The foundation acknowledges, honors, and supports young African leaders who have made a an contribution to their generation. It does this through education, youth empowerment and mentoring.

The foundation acknowledges the new leaders through an award ceremony named The Next African Leaders' Awards. Held at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena in Billings Way (LCA), Oregun and Ikeja, the award ceremony is 5 years old. The President of the foundation, BLW - Reverend Chris Oyakhilome gives an award to the award winners.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for Children is an evangelical Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). The organization was founded in 2005, to reach the most vulnerable, poor, orphaned and vulnerable children who are destitute around the globe..

The children and communities are helped by the foundation's sustainable and participatory interventions. These include child care programmes including child development programmes, as well as strengthening of families.

Chris Oyakhilome Trauma Care International Foundation


The TraumaCare International Foundation was created in order to improve the life expectancy and health status of communities in the local area. The foundation's goal is to achieve this through community-based initiatives and advocacy, as well as health education as well as advocacy. It also supports national policies regarding trauma treatment.

The foundation has conducted more than 1000 first-aid emergency, safety, and training. The foundation has trained over 1000 teachers, law enforcement officers, caregivers, and road transportation employees.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a worldwide christian organization that provides aid and medical assistance to those who are internally displaced or refugees from areas that are affected by man-made or natural catastrophes.

The outreach consists of students from all nations including paramedics, doctors and Christian healthcare professionals. The volunteers offer medical treatment as well as relief aid and healthy solutions for health to regions and communities in crisis.

VMC also provides health services to communities that are unserved, as well as training for doctors in the local area. VMC welcomes anyone whose primary aim is to improve health and offer humanitarian assistance to those who are most in need.

Bible For All Nation (BFAM)
