Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian, born in December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his loving parents. He is the son of the elder of Elder T.E Oyakhilome.  Oyakhilome Angelina, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies of God's Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome clan, who instilled her faith in God's grace to her son very early.

The LoveWorld ministry is a collaboration between the entire family.  Chris Oyakhilome Biography Reverend Ken, his brother, is the revered minister of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM) in which many gospel musicians are among the top-selling artists worldwide.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his studies in Edo College. After a scholarship was awarded to study the field of architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University) and he received an BSc degree in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Ambrose Ali University was where the Lord called him to serve the Lord and go into ministry.

The Man Of God was in the University of Cambridge when he started the church that would grow to be one of the largest worldwide. Pastor Chris led the LoveWorld ministry to become the pioneer of satellite television and Christian television programming and production. LOVEWORLDSAT was the first Christian television station broadcasting from Africa all day long on free-to-air channels. In the present, LoveWorld television stations are available on satellite and cable networks around the world.

Christ Embassy has strong presence in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria, South Africa and Canada. The church has two Healing Schools located in South Africa. These schools are where Pastor Chris hosts sessions throughout the year that allow miracles to happen.

Music and Gospel Music are integral parts of worship. Pastor Chris supports Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry choir training. Many of these vocalists have been successful as soloists under Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's guidance.

The Future African Leaders Foundation is an organization that is continuing the inspirational work of Pastor Chris. It's aimed at developing and rewarding young leaders and helping them become successful in the future. Pastor Chris invests in youth today to make them the leaders of tomorrow.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is an ardent social entrepreneur and founder of the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation international (COFI), which is a non profit, nonprofit organization that has the mission of helping the most vulnerable individuals as well as communities within the least developed countries and regions across the world.

The Man of God established NGOs to deliver essential services and provide hope to the poor, needy, and forgotten. COFI is a partnership with five other organizations who have a common goal of raising living standards in the most underdeveloped areas.
